World order - Pledge Manager


  1. What is included in the Deluxe Pledge of World Order?

The Deluxe Pledge includes the main game of World Order, all the stretch goals unlocked during the campaign, the World In Turmoil expansion, a Hardcover version of the Concepts book, a Miniature Pack with 92 miniatures, and 85 Metal Coins.


       Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees and VAT may vary based on your location.

Due to shipping logistics, customs issues, trade sanctions and fulfillment center availability, we are unable to ship to certain countries. Unfortunately, we will not able to ship to Afghanistan, Brazil, Congo, Ivory Coast, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan,Syria, Ukraine.


         Will my game ship from a local warehouse to avoid customs fees?

Yes, we will ship from regional fulfillment centers in the US, EU, Canada, UK and Australia to help avoid customs fees. However, backers outside of these regions may still be subject to additional taxes or customs charges. Also our partner VFI, handles the shipping for Asia.


        I missed the campaign! Can I still get the game?

 Yes, we usually offer late pledges via our Pledge Manager or website. Check [https://gamefound.com/en/projects/hegemonic-project-games/world-order] for availability.


         Can I change my shipping address?

 You can update your shipping address in the Pledge Manager until fulfillment begins. After that point, you can reach out to our Helpdesk to see how we can deal with the situation.


       What is a pledge manager?

       

The pledge manager is a platform where backers confirm their order, select add-ons, and pay for shipping.


           When will the pledge manager open?

 

It will reopen soon. We’ll notify everyone via Kickstarter updates and email as soon as it goes live.


          Can late backers access the pledge manager?

 

Absolutely! Late pledgers will have access to the pledge manager just like original backers.


       Can I change my pledge level or add items?

 

Yes! Once the pledge manager is open, you’ll be able to upgrade your pledge, add expansions, or purchase extra copies.


       When will the game be delivered?

 

The estimated delivery for World Order is in Q1 of 20226. We’ll keep you updated regularly via Kickstarter and email.


      What if I don’t fill out the pledge manager in time?

You may risk losing your order. Please make sure to complete it before the closing date.


      Can I cancel my pledge and get a refund?

Refunds are possible during a specific timeframe. 

After a week of the campaign closing, due to third parties’ fees getting paid, we can provide a partial refund of 85% of your total amount pledged. 

If you wish to proceed with a cancellation, please contact our support team.


          Can I pledge for multiple copies?

Absolutely! You can add extra copies during the pledge manager phase.


         Will there be localization options for other languages?

 Yes. Giant Roc plans to publish the game in German and will run a separate crowdfunding campaign. We also plan to localize the game in other languages and are currently working hard to make this possible. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

 

        Will Spanish and French backers receive their copies at the same time as English backers?

No, Spanish and French versions will be delivered approximately 6 months after the English copies are delivered. 



           In which languages will World Order be available during the Pledge Manager?

 

World Order will be available in English, French, and Spanish during the Pledge Manager.


         Will VAT be charged during the pledge manager?

Yes, VAT will be charged during checkout in the pledge manager for backers in the EU and the UK. The exact amount depends on your location.

 

 

        Are there any crowdfunding Exclusives for World Order?

Yes, there are. Every backer will get a physical copy of the Concepts book in either softcover or hardcover version, depending on the pledge level. This is the result of more than a year of work with distinguished academics from esteemed universities. Additionally, as a KS Exclusive add-on we’re offering an 80-page premium hardcover notebook, perfect for capturing all your notes on how to rule the world!            Where can I ask more specific gameplay questions?

For in-depth gameplay questions, feel free to post in the Kickstarter comment section or join the discussions on BoardGameGeek (BGG), at World Order’s forum where we’ll be active during and after the campaign. 


         Do you already know how long the late pledge will be open?

 

 The Late Pledge and Pledge Manager will remain open until about one month before shipping begins, which is currently planned for the first quarter of 2026.


       Will the Hegemonic Promo Pack from the Stretch Goals be included in all pledges?

 

Yes, the Hegemonic Promo Pack from the Stretch Goals will be included in all pledges. However, it will be free exclusively for Kickstarter original backers. Non-Kickstarter backers will have the option to purchase it separately!:)


     Is there any chance we may get Hegemony in Spanish / French via this campaign?

Hegemony will only be available in English through this campaign. However, World Order will be available also in French and Spanish.


    Does this version of Hegemony contain all the upgrades and mini expansions from the Kickstarter campaign?

 

This is the Retail Version of Hegemony. The Kickstarter (Extended Version) is no longer available. However, all the products that were part of the Extended version, such as the Crisis & Control expansion and the Concepts Book, will still be available.


       Will sleeved cards fit within the insert you all designed?

 

Yes, they will fit! The insert was designed to accommodate sleeved cards.
